are we obsessed with marvin?? i know that i am. i dont know a whole lot about his music history especially the 60s . i think i am really obsessed with just looking at his pictures his face is so beatiful to me (only with his beared). my family think im insane especially my husband . i could say more about my obsession but i dont know what is all alowed here
Hmmm... I think I´ve started be "a bit" obsessed. I just can´t get enough of finding out things about this man and his thoughts, listening to his songs and watching he on the video. I think people who happen to find their way here might understand about these kind of obsessions so spit ´em out... (I can always edit the posts if they get too rough)

Now I try not to be "obsessed" or a "stan" despite the fact the man's not on this earth anymore but I do talk about him a lot on the net, look up for more recording info, and see how he would've been had he lived. It would be easy to explain how obsessive Michael Jackson fans are as opposed to how was it when Marvin Gaye was the man back in the day (he's still the man as far as I'm concerned, Michael who? LOL). But nah I'm not obsessed, I'm just fascinated and delighted about him.

I think I know what you mean and I think what I call as obsession is just more like fascination of his personality and thoughts. My main interest is just to try to get an image of what he was like as an everyday person, what kind of ideas he had and so on. There is just something magical to me in his caracter that I´m trying to find out. My so called "obsession" is truly nothing compared to M Jackson ones or some others. So It´s not anything larger than life to me...

Talking "obsession"? Ask my wife and kids. They will tell you I wish I looked like him. Marvin was not like today's musicians. He exuded intelligence and high sense of spiriruality,he was acomplete human being. Maybe I say all this because we happen to share a star sign;Aries!
