Hey I just wanted to post about this song from his one of his greatest hits sets. I heard it for the first time on Christmas morning and I thought it fitted his Let's Get It On album so well. Actually SOME of you may have heard it back in 1990 or '91 when it was released as a single (eventually hitting No. 16 on the R&B charts). So please let's talk about this song's classic soul swing. :)

I heard the song for the first time a few moths ago at Toby Walkers Soulwalking site and then got a copy of it from a friend. I really like the song too and it really would have fitted the Let´s Get it on... I wonder why it was left out?

Maybe the whole album was meant to be two sides (one with four songs and the other with four songs)... but I don't know which song they could've replaced. They're all good. He could've released it on an album for '72 or '73, it'll still be perfect. :)

I heard the song recently from Marvin Gaye page using real player. The song is soulful as was Marvin and somehow I think it is one of those songs that tell about Marvin's troubled but beautiful life.As I write this i get chills down my spine because I regret his passing and not seeing him perform live.But his DVD's and Videos are a consulation. My Last Chance is a great song indeed.I love it!
